Common questions

Plain answers about what the reports are, where they fall short, and how your data is handled.

Is a report a diagnosis?

No. Human.ai reports are material for understanding yourself. The mood and focus self-checks are the same: they sum up your own answers so you can reflect on them, and they do not tell whether you have an illness.

Whether someone has an illness can only be established by a doctor's examination. If a report stays on your mind or daily life feels hard, talk to a doctor or another qualified professional.

How accurate are the reports?

The reports follow the items and scoring of published psychological scales. Where the Korean items are our own translation, they have not been through a separate validation study, and each report says so alongside its sources. A report is a summary of your own answers, so it can shift with your mood, your circumstances and how you see yourself that day.

Comparisons with other people are based on the reference sample each report names. If your age or culture differs from that sample, the comparison may fit you less well. The focus tasks are affected by your device and surroundings, and the Instagram feed reading reads only what shows up in posts.

AI interpretation is written by generative AI from your scores and the evidence, and it can be wrong. That is why each reading shows its evidence and how confident it is. Treat a report as something to think about, not a verdict.

Where is my data stored?

Your answers, task records, drawings and finished reports are stored only on the device you are using. There is no account, and no report or answer is kept on our servers.

That is why reports do not appear on another device or browser, and why they are gone if you uninstall the app or clear this site's data in your browser. To keep a copy, use “Export my data” in Settings.

Only if you ask for an AI interpretation and agree is the content needed for it sent through the server, and the server does not store it.

Read the privacy policy

How do I delete my data?

Choose “Delete everything on this device” in Settings. It removes every report, report in progress, consent and setting in one step, and it cannot be undone.

No report or answer is kept on our servers, so for reports and answers there is nothing to ask us to delete. There is no account to close either.

Uninstalling the app or clearing this site's data in your browser has the same effect. Files you exported are yours to delete.

How does AI interpretation work, and what is sent?

An AI interpretation is written only when you ask for one and agree. Without it you still get the full report, with the built-in interpretation that follows from your scores.

AI interpretations are written by generative AI. They are not written by a person or individually reviewed by a professional.

This is the notice you are shown when we ask for your consent. You see the same one the first time you ask for an AI interpretation in a report, and in Settings.

What is transferred

Your scored results (scale scores with percentiles and bands), your type, response-quality indicators, the time you finished, the kind and version of the report, and the display language. Your answers to individual questions are not sent.

Human.ai has no accounts, so no sign-up details such as a name or an email address are sent.

When and how

Each time you ask, through the Human.ai server, over an encrypted connection (TLS).

Recipient

Anthropic, PBC (Claude API)

Contact: privacy@anthropic.com

Recipient's purpose

Writing the AI interpretation (processing entrusted by the operator)

How long the recipient keeps it

Deleted within 30 days of receipt or generation. Inputs and outputs flagged as a usage-policy violation may be kept for up to 2 years and their classification scores for up to 7 years, and anything the law requires to be kept is kept for as long as it requires.

It is not used to train AI models.

What Human.ai keeps

The Human.ai server only passes it on. It does not store or log a copy. The finished interpretation is saved only on this device.

Refusing, and what it changes

Nothing is sent unless you tick the consent box.

If you do not agree, only the AI interpretation is unavailable. The report with its built-in interpretation works as before.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw at any time under “AI interpretation” in Settings. Nothing is sent after that. What was already sent is deleted on the schedule above.

For the Instagram feed reading, what is sent is this: Downscaled photos and captions of the posts you selected from your own account. The recipient and the retention terms are the same as above, and each reading asks for its own consent on its own screen.

The mood and focus self-checks do not use AI. None of their answers, task records, scores or drawings leave your device.

Can someone else have my Instagram account analysed?

The Instagram feed reading reads only posts that people hand over from their own account. There is no way to look someone up by account name.

If you still think someone submitted your posts without your consent, the opt-out and privacy requests page explains how to tell us.

The feed reading is designed not to infer sensitive things about anyone, such as health conditions, sexual orientation, or political or religious views.
