분석 제외 및 개인정보 요청

Human.ai는 이용자가 직접 넘겨준 본인 계정의 콘텐츠만 읽습니다. 계정 이름만으로 누군가를 분석하는 기능이 없으므로, 분석되지 않으려고 미리 등록해 둘 것은 없습니다.

이 페이지는 그 구조를 설명하고, 본인의 콘텐츠가 다른 사람에 의해 제출되었다고 생각될 때 크레이빙(CRAVING)(이하 ‘운영자’)에게 알리는 방법과, 개인정보에 대한 권리를 행사하는 방법을 안내합니다. 이 페이지에서 ‘인스타그램 리포트’는 인스타그램 피드 리딩 기능을 가리킵니다.

법률 검토 전 초안

이 문서는 변호사의 검토를 마치기 전의 초안이며 확정본이 아닙니다. 점선으로 표시한 대괄호 부분은 운영자가 채워야 하는 정보이고, ‘검토 메모’는 검토하는 사람을 위한 안내입니다.

한눈에 보기

다른 사람의 계정을 계정 이름으로 조회하지 않으며, 게시물을 자동으로 수집하지 않습니다.
제출된 자료와 완성된 리포트는 운영자의 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
기기에 저장된 내 데이터는 설정에서 직접 내보내고 삭제할 수 있습니다.

1.Human.ai가 읽는 것

인스타그램 리포트는 이용자 본인의 계정만 대상으로 합니다.
사용하는 자료는 이용자가 직접 넘겨준 것뿐입니다. 이용자가 고른 화면 캡처나 사진, 이용자가 인스타그램에서 내려받아 기기에서 읽어 들인 ‘내 정보 내보내기’ 파일, 또는(제공되는 경우, 웹에서만) 이용자의 프로페셔널 계정에 대한 Instagram 로그인 연결이 그것입니다.
계정 이름을 입력하여 다른 사람을 조회하는 기능은 없습니다. Instagram 로그인 연결도 로그인하여 승인한 본인의 계정만 읽을 수 있습니다.
운영자는 인스타그램 게시물을 자동으로 수집(스크래핑)하지 않으며, 그렇게 수집된 데이터를 구매하지도 않습니다.
다른 사람의 계정이나 게시물을 제출하는 것은 이용약관에서 금지합니다.

2.제출된 자료가 처리되는 방식

자료를 제출하는 사람은 성인 확인을 거쳐야 하고, 리딩을 시작할 때마다 그 자료가 본인 계정의 것임을 확인하여야 합니다. 제출된 자료(축소한 이미지와 글)는 그 사람의 동의를 받은 뒤 운영자의 서버를 거쳐 AI 서비스 제공자(Anthropic, PBC, 미국)에게 전송됩니다.
운영자의 서버는 이를 메모리에서만 처리하고 저장하지 않습니다. 완성된 리포트는 자료를 제출한 사람의 기기로 돌려보내며, 운영자는 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.
리포트는 사진에 함께 나온 다른 사람에 관한 사항을 추정하지 않도록 설계되어 있습니다. 건강이나 정신건강 상태, 성적 지향, 인종·민족, 종교, 정치적 견해 같은 민감한 사항도 추정하지 않도록 설계되어 있습니다.

이 구조 때문에 운영자는 분석된 계정의 목록이나 게시물, 리포트를 가지고 있지 않습니다. 어떤 자료가 제출되었는지를 나중에 확인할 수 있는 기록도 운영자의 서버에 남지 않습니다. 남는 것은 접속 일시와 IP 주소 같은 통상적인 접속 기록과, 요청 내용이 들어 있지 않은 처리 기록(처리 단계, 결과, 걸린 시간, 개수)뿐입니다.

다만 운영자의 위탁을 받은 AI 서비스 제공자는 전달받은 내용을 다음 기간 동안 보유할 수 있습니다: 받거나 생성한 날부터 30일 이내에 삭제합니다. 다만 이용정책 위반으로 분류된 입력과 출력은 최대 2년, 안전 분류 점수는 최대 7년까지 보관될 수 있습니다.

3.다른 사람이 내 콘텐츠를 제출하였다고 생각될 때

본인의 게시물이나 본인에 관한 정보가 동의 없이 Human.ai에 제출되었다고 생각되면 운영자에게 알려 주시기 바랍니다.

회신받을 연락처

처음 연락할 때 신분증 사본이나 계정 비밀번호 같은 민감한 자료는 보내지 마시기 바랍니다. 본인 확인이 필요한 경우 운영자가 필요한 최소한의 방법을 회신으로 안내합니다.

운영자가 하는 일

접수한 날부터 3일 이내에, 운영자가 확인할 수 있는 범위에서 해당 정보의 수집 출처와 처리 목적, 그리고 처리정지를 요구하거나 동의를 철회할 권리가 있다는 사실을 알립니다.
운영자가 해당 정보를 보유하고 있는 경우 요청에 따라 지체 없이 삭제하거나 처리를 정지하고, 그 결과를 알립니다.
다른 사람의 콘텐츠를 제출한 이용자가 확인되는 경우 이용약관에 따라 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

운영자가 할 수 없는 일

운영자는 제출된 자료와 리포트를 보관하지 않으므로, 이미 다른 사람의 기기에 저장된 리포트를 삭제하거나 회수할 수 없습니다. 리포트가 온라인에 게시되어 피해가 있는 경우에는 게시된 서비스의 신고 절차도 함께 이용하시기 바랍니다.

검토 메모

리서치 문서는 계정 이름을 받아 계정 소유를 확인한 뒤 같은 계정의 제출을 거부하는 차단 목록과 24시간 내 조치 약속을 권고하였습니다. 현재 서비스에는 그런 기능이 없어 이 페이지에 약속으로 적지 않았습니다. 이 수준의 대응으로 충분한지 검토가 필요합니다. AI 서비스 제공자에게 전달된 내용에 대하여 운영자가 개별 삭제를 요청할 수 있는지도 계약 조건으로 확인하여야 합니다.

4.내 정보에 대한 권리를 행사하는 방법

이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대하여 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지를 요구하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 정보가 어디에 있는지에 따라 방법이 다릅니다.

기기에 저장된 정보: 직접 할 수 있습니다

기기에 저장된 응답과 리포트

열람: 보관함에서 리포트를 확인합니다. 설정의 ‘내 데이터 내보내기’로 저장된 리포트와 진행 중인 검사의 응답을 파일 하나로 받을 수 있습니다.
삭제: 설정의 ‘이 기기의 모든 데이터 삭제’로 리포트, 진행 중인 검사, 성인 확인과 동의, 설정을 한 번에 지웁니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 브라우저에서 이 사이트의 데이터를 지워도 같습니다. 이때 조금 다르게 처리되는 것(인스타그램 리포트를 만들 때 기기에 임시로 둔 게시물 분류값 등)은 개인정보 처리방침의 ‘이용자의 기기에만 저장되는 정보’에 적었습니다.
정정: 기기에 저장된 응답과 리포트는 운영자가 보유하지 않으므로 운영자가 고칠 수 없습니다. 검사를 다시 진행하면 새 리포트를 만들 수 있습니다.
처리정지와 동의 철회: 설정에서 AI 해석 동의를 철회하면 즉시 적용되며, 그 뒤로는 아무것도 전송하지 않습니다. 이미 받은 AI 해석은 리포트와 함께 기기에 남고, 리포트를 지우면 함께 지워집니다.

운영자가 처리하는 정보: 요청할 수 있습니다

운영자가 처리하는 정보는 접속 기록, 요청 내용이 들어 있지 않은 AI 요청의 처리 기록, 요청 횟수 제한을 위한 값, 그리고 이용자가 보낸 문의 내용입니다. 서버에는 리포트나 응답이 없습니다.

요청은 이메일 contact@craving.win(으)로 할 수 있습니다. 계정이 없으므로, 접속 기록에 대한 요청에는 해당 기록을 찾을 수 있는 정보(예: 접속 일시, 당시의 IP 주소)가 필요할 수 있습니다.

대리인을 통한 요청도 가능하며, 이 경우 대리 권한을 확인할 수 있는 서류가 필요합니다.

AI 서비스 제공자에게 전달된 내용의 보유·이용 기간: 받거나 생성한 날부터 30일 이내에 삭제합니다. 다만 이용정책 위반으로 분류된 입력과 출력은 최대 2년, 안전 분류 점수는 최대 7년까지 보관될 수 있습니다.

Opt-out and privacy requests

Human.ai reads only content that a person hands over about their own account. There is no function that analyses someone from a username alone, so there is nothing you need to register in advance to stay out of it.

This page explains how that works, how to tell 크레이빙(CRAVING) (the “operator”) if you believe someone else submitted your content, and how to exercise your rights over your personal information. On this page, the “Instagram report” is Instagram feed reading.

Draft pending legal review

This document is a draft that a lawyer has not yet reviewed, and it is not final. Bracketed text with a dashed outline marks information the operator still has to supply, and each “Review note” is guidance for the reviewer.

At a glance

Nobody's account is looked up by username, and posts are not collected automatically.
Submitted material and finished reports are not stored on the operator's server.
You can export and delete the data stored on your own device yourself, in Settings.
If you believe someone else submitted your content, write to contact@craving.win.

1.What Human.ai reads

The Instagram report covers only the account of the person using it.
It uses only material that person hands over: screenshots or photos they pick, their own “Export your information” file downloaded from Instagram and read on their device, or, where offered and on the web only, an Instagram Login connection to their own professional account.
There is no function for entering a username to look someone else up. An Instagram Login connection, too, can read only the account of the person who signed in and approved it.
The operator does not collect Instagram posts automatically (scrape) and does not buy scraped data.
Submitting another person's account or posts is prohibited by the Terms of Service.

2.What happens to submitted material

The person submitting material must pass the adult check and, each time a reading starts, confirm that the material is from their own account. Submitted material (downscaled images and captions) is sent, after that person has consented, through the operator's server to the AI service provider (Anthropic, PBC, United States).
The operator's server processes it in memory only and does not store it. The finished report is returned to the device of the person who submitted the material, and the operator keeps no copy.
The report is designed not to infer anything about other people who appear in photos. It is also designed not to infer sensitive matters such as health or mental-health conditions, sexual orientation, race or ethnicity, religion or political views.

Because of this design, the operator holds no list of analysed accounts, no posts and no reports. No record that would show afterwards what material was submitted remains on the operator's server either. What remains is the ordinary access log, such as the time of access and the IP address, and processing records that hold no request content (the processing step, the outcome, the time taken and counts).

The AI service provider, acting as the operator's processor, may however hold what it received for the following period: Deleted within 30 days of receipt or generation. Inputs and outputs flagged as a Usage Policy violation may be kept for up to 2 years, and safety classification scores for up to 7 years.

3.If you believe someone else submitted your content

If you believe your posts, or information about you, were submitted to Human.ai without your consent, please tell the operator.

Please do not send sensitive material such as a copy of your ID or an account password when you first write. If your identity needs to be checked, the operator will reply with the least intrusive way to do it.

What the operator does

Within 3 days of receiving your message, the operator tells you, as far as it is able to establish, where the information came from and why it was processed, and that you have the right to ask for processing to be suspended or to withdraw consent.
If the operator holds the information, it deletes it or suspends processing at your request without delay and tells you the result.
If a user is found to have submitted another person's content, the operator may restrict their use of the service under the Terms of Service.

What the operator cannot do

Because the operator does not keep submitted material or reports, it cannot delete or recall a report that is already stored on someone else's device. If a report has been posted online and is causing you harm, please also use the reporting procedure of the service where it was posted.

Review note

The research brief recommended a block list that takes a username, verifies control of the account and refuses later submissions for it, plus a 24-hour takedown commitment. The service has no such function today, so this page does not promise one. Whether the present level of response is enough needs review. Whether the operator can ask the AI service provider to delete a specific item it received must also be checked against the contract.

4.How to exercise rights over your own information

You may ask for access to your personal information, for its correction or deletion, or for processing to be suspended, and you may withdraw consent. How you do it depends on where the information is.

Information on your device: you can do it yourself

Answers and reports stored on your device

Access: Open your reports in the library. “Export my data” in Settings gives you your stored reports and the answers of tests in progress as a single file.
Deletion: “Delete everything on this device” in Settings removes every report and test in progress, your adult confirmation and consent, and your settings in one step. Uninstalling the app or clearing this site's data in your browser has the same effect. What is handled a little differently at that point (such as the post categories kept temporarily on your device when an Instagram report is made) is set out under “What is stored only on your device” in the Privacy Policy.
Correction: The operator does not hold the answers and reports on your device, so it cannot correct them. You can take a test again to produce a new report.
Suspension and withdrawing consent: Withdraw your consent to AI interpretation in Settings. It takes effect at once and nothing is sent after that. AI interpretation you already received stays in your reports on the device and is removed when you delete the report.

Information the operator processes: you can ask

What the operator processes is access logs, processing records of AI requests that hold no request content, the rate-limit counter, and the content of enquiries you send. There are no reports or answers on the server.

Send your request by email to contact@craving.win. Because there are no accounts, a request about access logs may need information that lets the record be found (for example the time of access and the IP address used).

You may also make a request through an agent, who must provide a document showing their authority.
